1、Contract signed : We prepare the contract according to the quotation, contract contents including the product designation, variety, delivery condition, appearance condition, size specifications, execution, and reference standards, the order weight, contract time limit for a project. The contract gets effective according to both sides agreed.
2、Execution of the contact: All the requirements are all strictly carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract . Project engineer will send the settlement list to your company after production, to inform your company to pay the rest of the payment according to the settlement list. My company will delivery after receiving the payment, but the remittance documents faxed copy cannot be as as the basis of delivery.
3、Take delivery of goods: Confirm that all payment to the account, our project engineer will go through the formalities for delivery and do identification and packaging of products, and inform you pick up the goods or the delivery date. The rest of the items shall be executed according to the terms stipulated in the contract.
