3.Characteristics
65Cr4W3Mo2VNb With high hardness and high strength of high speed tool steels, and since the steel without excess carbide,
therefore, has high toughness and fatigue strength. Good forging property, good oxidation resistance of steel, belonging to
the high alloy steel, poor thermal conductivity,compared with the high speed steel, high chromium steel, having low deformation
resistance,high temperature toughness.
4.Applications
1).Used in the manufacture of cold extrusion die, screw punch, cold punching die, drawing die and thread rolling plate, etc.
2).Used in the manufacture of impact load and complex shape of cold work mould, such as cold heading die, screw the punch, etc.
3).Steel pieces of cold extrusion punches are available,the choose hardness 62~64HRC。
4).Used to make large, complex, large impact load of mould, the effect is very good.
5).The steel used in cold extrusion, warm extrusion, cold, cold heading and cold cut cold work die steel, Service life
multiplied compared to the original use of high speed steel and high carbon tool steels.
6).Applicable to the production of large and medium-sized cold heading die, precision die.
7).After 1140℃oil quenching, and 540℃double tempering, compared with T10 compound die, the steel compound die’s service
life is improves 60 times. At the same time, can further improve its service life by the glow ion nitriding and boriding processing. |
