3.Characteristics:
1.High wear resistance, hardenability, hardenability, strong toughness, thermal stability, compressive strength,
as well as the micro deformation and excellent performance and extensive adaptability.
2.Carbon molybdenum ledeburite steel.Its carbon content is less than Crl2 steel, and the elements of molybdenum,
vanadium, make steel hot working performance, impact toughness and carbide distribution is obviously improved.
Thermal softening temperature is 520 ℃.
3.Organization is fine granular pearlite + carbide.
4.In the process of crystal formation of eutectic carbide network(The carbide material grades is approximately 20%,
eutectic temperature is about 1150 ° C),These carbides are very hard, very fragile. In spite of breakdown rolling, carbide
has a certain degree of broken, but the carbide strip along the rolling direction, mesh, block, boundary shape
distribution, and degree of segregation is more serious with the increase of diameter of steel.
4.Applications
1. Can be used to make material thickness( > 3 mm) of blanking die complex shape of convex, concave touch, set pieces.
2.For high wear resistance of blanking dies punch, concave touch.
3.For making deep drawing die of high resistance to die.
4.Used to make bending die of high wear-resisting, complex shape punch, concave die and set pieces.
5.Used to make aluminum cold extrusion touch of punch and die.
6.Used to make copper pieces of convex mold of cold extrusion die, die. |
