3.Characteristics:
1.Strong toughness good flame quenching have similar and overall quenching hardness and various properties. The hardening layer has high toughness under the substrate for gasket, and blade is not easy to produce craze,
collapse edge phenomenon when working. After hardening layer by surface strengthening process retains certain
compressive stress (304 mpa), which can improve the fatigue strength, and make the service life of mould a longer.
2.After the mould processing and forming, quenching distortion , on the edge with oxygen - acetylene flame heating
to the quenching temperature, and then air cooling is to achieve quenching , not other processing, so the deformation is small.
3.Convenient repair good weldability, corresponding electrode manufacturing deviation are available for repair
welding, polished finishing can achieve the ideal effect.
4. Cost saving, cost reduction due to the need of oxygen - acetylene gas source, not limited by venue, equipment, easy to
operate. Save the whole quenching heating of tempering process for many times, improve the productivity.

Automobile, motorcycle use large mold edge cutting edges.
