3.Theory
Because of its containing not chromium and the low price, the hardenability, toughness and abrasion resistance
are better than that of carbon tool steel. On the basis of the carbon tool steel T8 , raises the content of silicon,
manganese and become into shape. Due to the increase of the content of silicon, manganese, and improved the
hardenability of steel.
4.Applications
1) Applicable to the bolt, spike die and wire drawing die.
2) Used to make Wood tools, such as chisels, saw blade and other cutting tools, is also used to plate of saw blade, tipped body, etc
3) Used for small size of hot forging die and punch, extrusion die.
4) Widely used in the production of various low speed cutting cutting, such as die, tap, etc. |
