3.Theory
(1)High hardness and high wear resistance.To ensure the wear and tear slowly in the long-term use , and lose its accuracy.
(2)High dimensional stability. In order to keep the shape and size of t the measuring tool in the process of use and storage.
(3)Enough toughness. In order to keep the measuring tool from collision damage for accidental factors.
(4)Under the special environment with corrosion resistance.
4.Applications
1)Mainly used for medium and small cold roll and roller die.
2) Using the steel making small cold roll, hardness is 62 ~ 64 HRC, in the process of using, characterized by early spalling failure surface.
After the change of grinding process, obviously improved the rolling contact fatigue life.
3)Used in plane and forming precision molding, medium and large cold heading die, cold touch, etc.
4) Precision die used in nonferrous metal signet, but instead of vanadium steel, the using hardness is 58-60 HRC.
5) Using T8A, T10A steel to make overloaded die , because of the hardening layer too shallow, carrying capacity is not enough,
easy to break, pile collapse failure phenomenon. switching to the steel, can significantly improve the service life.
6)Applied to all kinds of medium and small batch production of molds and resistance to impact load of mould.
7) Mainly used for all kinds of punch.
