3.Theory
Compared totool carbon steel, Cr2steel added a certain amount of Cr, So the hardenability, hardness and wear
resistance are relatively higher than carbon tool steel, abrasion resistance and contact fatigue strength also high.
4. Applications
1) Can be used for cold rolling roll, cold roll.
2)Making cold die, cold extrusion.
3)Can be used as a bearing industry die, cold heading die; in metallurgical industry,
used for straightening profile rolling, cold drawing mould to touch.
4)For a variety of small and medium-sized production batch of cold punching die, and Integral
cold heading die, punching and shearing tools, etc used under the condition of thin shell hardening.
5) Can make large size cold punching mould.
6)Measuring tool, such as sample, gauge, gauge block, ring gauge, thread plug gauge, sample
column, card board, sample set, etc.
