3.Theory:
Containing a certain amount of carbon content.
Good toughness and hardness after heat treatment, but low alloy content makes it bad red hardness , poor cutting ability.
4.Application:
Mainly used in manufacturing those tools having high toughness and hardness but not high cutting ability, such as
chisels, punch, etc., saw, chisel,forging dies, die, bench-work tool, hammer, riveting die, etc, also can make hammer head of big hammer, etc.
