3.Theory:
The high carbon alloy tool steel has good toughness, good temper stability, when the heat treatment deformation is small.
The distribution of carbide in steel is uniiformity ,and not easy to precipitate carbide network.The commonly used low alloy
tool steel has high hardenability and hardenability, and high tempering stability.
4.Applications
Can be used to make complex shape, small deformation, high wear resistance, low speed cutting tools, such as drilling,
thread tools, reamer, die, tap, thread rolling plate and screw rolling wheel, etc.
