3.Theory:
The steel contains a certain amount of vanadium in steel which refined the grain size, and reduced the heat sensitivity.
High hardness and abrasive resistance, good hardenability, when quenching deformation is small.
4.Applications:
1.Used to produce cold drawing, deep drawing die.
2.Make small drawing, deep drawing, squeezed light mould.
3.Can be used for small size,Simple shape, light load cold work mould ,such as a small punch, shears scissors, etc.
4.Suitable for making some requirements for not deep hardening layer and keeping the high toughness cold stamping dies, etc.
