3.Theory：
The steel is hypereutectoid steel.
Since the high carbon content, there are still large surplus carbide after quenching
4.Applications
1.Used to produce cold drawing, deep drawing die.
2.Manufacturing small drawing, deep drawing, squeezed light mould.
3.Can be used for small size, simple shape, light load cold work mould, such as a small punch, shears scissors, etc.
4.Suitable for making some requirements which is not deep hardening layer and keep the high toughness cold stamping dies, etc.
