4.Characteristics:
(1).Can withstand all kinds of cold forming and welding process under the condition of austenite.
Then through heat treatment can obtain the highest strength; Under 550 ℃ with excellent high temperature strength.
(2).Electric welding property:The steel can adopt arc welding, resistance welding and gas shielded arc welding,
gas shielded welding is the best. Welding is often done in materials solid solution treatment conditions,
and do not need to preheat before welding, and better to do the whole heat treatment after welding.
When welding requires high strength, the17-7 steel wire with lower content of δ- ferrite is chosen mostly;
when welding strength requirement is not high, requiring high corrosion resistance,
austenitic stainless steel welding wire can be used.
5.Applications:
Applied to make aviation thin-wall structure components, all kinds of containers, pipes, spring, valve film, ship shaft,
compressor plate, reactor components, as well as a variety of structure components of chemical equipment, etc.
