4. High temperature material characteristics
A non-magnetic nickel and cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy.
High tensile strength(up to 300ksi[2068MPa]), good ductility , toughness and corrosion resistance.
Excellent resistance to vulcanization, high temperature oxidation and the performance of the hydrogen embrittlement.
The unique performance is through work hardening, phase transformation and aging treatment. If used under the
condition of fully work hardening, operating temperature is -200~315°C, and the maximum recommended temperature
of 750 degrees Fahrenheit (399 degrees c).
5.Corrosion resistance
Good resistance to Vulcanization, high temperature oxidation , crisp, salt fog and the most mineral acids.
Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in the harsh environment and high strength,
High resistance to localized corrosion, such as pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion.
6.Applications
MP35N alloy can be used for medical treatment, sea water, oil and gas Wells, chemistry and fastener, spring,
magnetic components and equipment parts of the environment of food processing.
