4.Characteristics
1.Ni - Cr -Iron base alloy, solid solution strengthening, good resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance,
good cold and hot machining and welding performance,Satisfactory heat intensity and high plasticity until 700℃.
Alloy can be strengthened through the cold work, and can also be connected by resistance welding, welding or soldering .
2.Excellent corrosion resistance:corrosion resistance to all kinds of corrosive media. Chromium compounds make the alloy
have better corrosion resistance under the condition of oxidation than nickel 99.2 99.2 (200) alloy and nickel (alloy 201, low carbon) .
High content of nickel alloy in reduction conditions and in alkaline solution have good corrosion resistance, and can effectively
prevent the chloride - iron stress corrosion cracking.
3.Good corrosion resistance in acetic acid, acetic acid, formic acid, stearic acid, and other organic acids, medium corrosion
resistance in inorganic acids.
4. Excellent corrosion resistance in the high purity water of primary and secondary circulation use in a nuclear reactor.
5.Particularly prominent performance is to resist dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride corrosion, application temperature up to 650 ℃.
Under high temperature, the alloy of annealing and solid solution treatment in air has the very good resistance to oxidation peeling
property and high strength.
6.The alloy is also resistant to ammonia and nitriding and carburizing atmosphere.
5.Application
Application field is very broad:
Aircraft engine parts, erosion atmosphere of thermowells, caustic alkali metal production and use of the field.
Especially the use of sulfide in the environment, the heat treatment furnace retort and parts, in carbide and nitride atmosphere,
petrochemical industry in the production of catalytic regenerator and reactor, etc.
