4.Characteristics
1.Nickel-Chromium-Iron alloy, Precipitation hardening type, containing niobium, molybdenum . High strength,and good toughness at 700℃, and corrosion
resistance to low and high temperature environment.
Delivery status can be a solid solution treatment or precipitation hardening condition.
2.Easy machining; high tensile strength, fatigue strength, creep strength and rupture strength at 700 ℃ ; high oxidation resistance at 1000 ℃;
stable chemical propertiesat low temperature; good welding properties.
3.Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting ,no matter in the high temperature or low temperature environment,especially the oxidation resistance at high temperature.
5.Structure
Austenite organization, excellent mechanical properties for the generated phase γ after precipitation hardening.
In the process of heat treatment ,the generated phase δ on grain boundary makes the alloy the best plasticity.
6.Applications
Manufacturing various static and rotational parts of aerospace engines,such as disc, ring, machine box, shaft, leaf, fasteners, elastic element, such as gas ducts, sealing components and welded structure;
manufacturing various elastic component and framework of nuclear power industry application ; manufacturing oil and spare parts
and other spare parts in the field of south China university of technology application.
