4.Characteristics

Good endurance strength ,tensile strength and plasticity, stable organization for long term use and good integrated properties in 550-800℃.

5.Structure

Nickel base alloy, with  the Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb) phase aging strengthening.
Existing γˊand a trace of carbide and boride phase on the austenite (γ)matrix after solid solution treatment.
Keeping stable organization and properties after ageing of 1000hours in 650-750℃, and  no new phase precipitation.

6.Applications

Provided in the form of turbine disc working up to 550-800 ℃, compressor plate, guide piece, bearing ring and
 other time work and heavy-duty engine parts.
