4.Characteristics
1.Excellent corrosion resistance the oxidation and reduction environment of all kinds of corrosive media.
2.Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion，And won't produce stress corrosion cracking caused by chloride.
3.Excellent inorganic acid corrosion resistance，such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric
acid and mixed acid of sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.
4.Excellent resistance to all kinds of inorganic acid mixture corrosion.
5.Good corrosion resistance in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution
to the temperature of 40 ℃.
6.Good processability and weldability, no after welding crack sensitivity
7Manufacturing certification in wall temperature between 196 ~ 450 ℃ in the pressure vessel.
5.Structure
Nickel-based superalloy, able deformation, solid solution strengthening , mainly strengthening elements
containing molybdenum and niobium.
Its organization is austenitic matrix and traces amount of phase TiN、NbC、and M6C,
By 650 ~ 900 ℃ after aging for a long time, the precipitate phases for γ"、δ、M23C6and M6C are face-centered cubic lattice structures.
6.Applications
1.Manufacture parts and components connected to organic chemistry solution containing chloride ,
especially in the use of acid chloride catalyst.
2.Used in the manufacture of pulp and paper industry of digester and bleaching pool related parts.
3.Flue gas desulfurization absorption tower in the system, then heater, gas imports baffle, fan (wet),
mixer, guide plate and the flue and other parts.
4 .Used in the manufacture of equipment used in acidic gas environment and spare parts. |
