4.Structure:
This alloy is mainly strengthening phase γ'-Ni3(Ti、Al). Precipitation of different size square makings in the intracrystalline.
On the grain boundary can also see this shape of γ'phase and carbide precipitation on the grain boundary shows discontinuous chains.
5.Characteristics and applications
Aging deformation of cobalt nickel base superalloy, containing a high amount of cobalt and a variety of reinforcement element,
higher tensile strength and creep resistance in 815 ~ 870 ℃ , good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, in cold and
hot again and again under the action of alternating, showing high fatigue strength and good formability and weldability. Used for
turbine engine turbine disc, blade, high temperature fasteners, clamp, sealing ring and elastic element, etc.
