4.Characteristics
1. Excellent corrosion resistance to all kinds of corrosive media in oxidation and reduction environment.
2.Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion, and won't produce stress corrosion cracking caused by chloride .
3. Excellent corrosion resistant to inorganic acid, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid,
hydrochloric acid and mixed acid of sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.
4.Excellent corrosion resistance to a variety of inorganic acid mixed solution.
5. Good corrosion resistance at temperature of 40 ℃, in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution.
6.Having good processability and weldability, no postwelding crack sensitivity.
7. By the American association of corrosion engineers NACE standard certification (MR - 01-75), in line with the highest standards of ranks VII used in the acidic gas environment .
Corrosion resistance of Inconel 625:
1. Excellent corrosion resistance in many media, and excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and erosion performance
in chloride media.
2.Good resistance to corrosive inorganic acid, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid,hydrochloric
acid, with alkali in the oxidation and reduction environment and organic acid corrosion performance.
3. Effective resistance to chloride ion reducing stress corrosion cracking.
4. Almost not producingcorrosion in sea water and the environment in industrial gases,
of sea water and salt solution with high corrosion resistance, at high temperature as well.
No sensitivity during the welding process.
In a static or circulation environment, has carbide and oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance to chlorine
gas.
5. Applications
1.Components of organic chemical process technology containing chloride, especially in the use of acid chloride
catalyst.
2.Used in digester and bleaching pool of pulp and paper industry of the manufacture .
3. Absorption tower of the flue gas desulfurization system, reheater, gas imports baffle, fan (wet), mixer, guide
plate and the flue, etc.
4.Used in manufacturing the equipment and parts used in acidic gas environment.
5. The acetic acid and acetic anhydride reaction generator.
6. Sulfuric acid condenser, etc. |
