4.Characteristics
(1).Excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature.
(2).Good carbonization resistance.
(3).Very good resistance to oxidation sulfur atmosphere.
(4).Good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature.
(5).Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking performance,due to the control of the carbon content and grain size,601 has high creep rupture strength,therefore it is recommended to use 601 in the field of above 500℃.
Corrosion resistance:
Oxidation resistance up to 1180℃.Even in very harsh conditions, such as in the process of heating and cooling cycle,
Can generate a dense layer of oxide film and get high resistance to spalling.
Good resistance to carbonation.
Since the high content of chromium,aluminum,alloy has the very good oxidation resistance in high temperature sulfur atmosphere.
5.Applications
(1).Heat treatment factories with tray,basket and fixture.
(2).Steel wire annealing and radiant tube, high-speed gas burner,the mesh belt furnace.
(3).The ammonia reforming in the isolation tank and the catalytic support grid for production of nitric acid.
(4).Exhaust system components.
(5).The solid waste incinerator combustion chamber.
(6). Pipe supports and ash handling part.
(7).Exhaust detoxification system components.
(8).Oxygen to the heater.
