4.Structure
Face-centered cubic lattice structure. Very low carbon content and elevated Ti: C ratio have increased the stability
of the structure and the largest sensitization resistance and resistance to intergranular corrosion.
At around 950 ℃ low temperature, annealing guarantees the fine crystal structure.
5.Characteristics
1.Excellent corrosion resistance in the extremely high temperature up to 500 ℃ aqueous media.
2. Good resistance to stress corrosion performance: 800 H has the resistance to a lot of corrosion media.
Its high content of nickel makes itself have the very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking performance in
the aqueous corrosion condition. High chromium content makes itself have better resistance to pitting corrosion and
crevice corrosion cracking performance. The alloy has good nitric acid, organic acid, corrosion resistance, but the
corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid is limited. In addition to the possible corrosion in halide,
it has good corrosion resistance in the oxidizing and non oxidizing salt, the same as in the water, steam and
steam, air, carbon dioxide mixture.

6.Applications
1. Nitric acid condenser —nitric acid corrosion resistance;
2.Steam heating tube —very good mechanical properties;
3. The heating element —very good mechanical properties.
To apply to as high as 500 ℃ environment, alloy supply state for annealed state.
